Spa Policies (Terms and Conditions)

Before you book your treatment please kindly go through our policies.

  1. Payment in full is made in advance of the treatment date to confirm your appointment. We need to receive full payment before your treatment can be accessed.
  2. First time clients are required to fill a spa intake form. This helps us better address your concerns, watch out for contraindications and recommend the right treatment for you.
    You are required to provide us with accurate and true information about your health. Please communicate health conditions such as high blood pressure, allergies, pregnancy or any other health related concerns during your consultation.
  3. We DO NOT provide happy endings. Any inappropriate gestures will result in the termination of your treatment. Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances will result in the session terminated immediately, thereby forfeiting your payment.
  4. Time is valuable. We require about 30minutes to setup. Please keep this in mind in planning your time.
  5. Please be available at the time booked so treatments can start on time as soon as setup is done. This will enable us give you our best treatment. If there is any delay, your treatment time will be shortened.
  6. If you are gifting someone our spa services, please make sure they are available on the day you want the service offered. Any delay would shorten the service.
  7. We charge a wait time caution fee of N5,000. Please be available to start your treatment on time so we can make complete your appointment in good time to make it to other scheduled appointments.
  8. If you cancel your appointment last minute, we will not offer any refund. So please plan ahead and make sure to clear any activity which might affect or disturb your session.
  9. Instead of cancellation, we allow our customers to postpone 1 time to another date and time which is more convenient for them.
  10. In case of unforeseen emergency that arises during your session, it is okay to attend to the matter immediately. Our therapist will help whenever possible, but unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund for your session once started.
  11. Customers who are unable to have their rescheduled session due to various reasons, we will not be postponing your sessions for the third time and no refund will be made.
  12. We make every effort to ensure that you will be reminded of your appointment date/timeĀ (to avoid added fees).
  13. Dingemo Deluxe Spa will send an email reminder to clients of their scheduled appointment. Dingemo requires 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment to avoid a cancellation/rescheduling fee. If cancelled/rescheduled less than 24 hours, a 30% (cost of services) fee will be assessed, and if same day, or at the time the therapists have arrived with their spa equipment, 50% (cost of services) fee will be assessed.
  14. Please understand that It takes a lot of coordination to bring the spa experience to you. When you reserve an appointment for a specific time slot, that time becomes unavailable for any other clients who could have had the opportunity to book that day.
  15. When canceling/rescheduling with short notice, the therapists will most likely be unable to fill that time frame, thus losing income they could have otherwise earned.
  16. To ensure that you enjoy a total holistic spa massage at your home, we advised that you put away all electronic temporarily and immerse yourself during the entire session.
  17. Transportation cost: A travel fee is required for places outside the city area. This includes but is not limited to Karu, Sabon Lugbe, airport road, Nyanya, Life camp after Stella Maris, Karsana, Dutse Kubwa.
  18. We only provide the service(s) booked for. Any add-ons should be booked for ahead. Since everything must be transported, the mobile spa requires an immense amount of planning, coordination and preparation. From the number of staff, equipment, tools, and products; each booking is carefully calculated to accommodate for the services we will be providing at each location. Although there is some flexibility for last minute changes, it is important to understand that staff may not have the necessary tools or equipment with them to accommodate for changes.
  19. We would be coming with the necessary equipment for your treatments. Please make sure you have enough space for us to set up. We would be needing access to electricity and water.
  20. You would be fully draped for your massage treatments and only the area being treated at each moment would be exposed.
  21. At any time you feel pain or discomfort, inform your therapist immediately.
  22. Booking in advance would help avoid disappointment, to book your desired slots or sessions, do make sure you book 1-2 days in advance. For fast booking, it is advisable to use our online booking form.
